Hare Wynn Newell & Newton LLP

With offices in Alabama, Arkansas and Kentucky, Hare Wynn has a history of success stretching back to the late 1800s. The forerunner of our law firm was founded in 1890 and in the 125 years since, we have continued to adapt with the times to meet the needs of our clients. Our firm focuses on personal injury law and business law, with particular interest in cases involving aviation crashes and medical malpractice claim.

While there is a wide range of backgrounds and experiences among our staff, hard work and dedication are universal attributes in how we handle our clients' cases. Our attorneys are admitted to practice in a wide variety of courts — both state and federal — and take pride in representing clients in cases ranging from rural courthouses to the Supreme Court of the United States.

The scope of our practice does not dilute our dedication, however. The attorneys of our law firm are devoted litigators who pride themselves on having a high rate of cases that go to a jury trial — a number that eclipsed 90 percent with more than $100 million in total in 2010.

That scope has led our firm to be recognized with several distinctions over the years. These achievements include a listing in the National Law Journal's 2011 Plaintiffs' Hot List and recognition as one of the Best Law Firms in America by U.S. News & World Report, and several of our attorneys have been rated AV Preeminent* by the peer review service Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating.

*AV-Preeminent and BV-Distinguished are certification marks of Reed Elsevier Properties Inc., used in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards and policies. Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review rating process. Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell ratings fall into two categories – legal ability and general ethical standards.
